Aguirre Family Care Clinic, PA, is dedicated to serving the community by offering medical, laboratory, and X-ray services to the Greater Buffalo and Jewett and surrounding communities.  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Our medical team includes Doctor Irma L. Aguirre, and two physician assistants, Cassie R. Shaver and Douglas I. Laird.

Aguirre Family Care has been serving the community since June of 1998.  The practice opened in Groesbeck, and moved to Buffalo in early 1999.  Doctor Aguirre knew early on that she wanted to establish her home here in this area.  With that in mind, she searched for the right location to build a medical facility that would enhance medical services, and continue to provide the best quality care.  On November 11, 2004, Aguirre Family Care relocated to our current site at 1686 Highway 79 West, approximately two miles west of Buffalo.

We have strived to ensure patients are treated in a compassionate manner, while preserving the dignity and individuality of each person, entrusted to our care.
